He is survived by his wife, Betty Lou Parks Blakley of Williamsburg;
Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. Sunday at Ellison Funeral Home.
Burial is in the Pleasant View Cemetery, Moses Addition.
The family will receive friends after 6:00 P.M. today (Saturday).
A graveside service will be at 3:00 P.M. Sunday at the cemetery.
