Services for Esther Belken, 82, of 1742 Lombard St., who died on Monday in Beloit Memorial Hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Grace Bible Church with the Rev. Calvin Lowder officiating. Burial will be in Eastlawn Cemetery.
Friends may call from 1p.m. until time of the service on Wednesday at Grace Bible Church. Memorials may be made to the church.
She was born on April 1, 1895 in Owen Center Township, Winnebago County, the daughter of George and Elizabeth Fiese Blackmer. She had been employed at Freeman Shoes for many years and was a charter member of the Grace Bible Church.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Violet Bigford of Lake Forest, Ill. and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by four sisters and a brother.
Arrangements were completed by Rosman, Uehling, Kinzer Cranston Road Chapel.
