Garnie Blackerby, 80, formerly of Bullitt County, died on Monday, Feb. 9, 1998, at Jennie Sturat Medical Center in Hopkinsville.He was a native of Jefferson County and a self-employed electrician. He is survived by two sisters, Esther Arbuckle and Joy Ann Skaggs; and one brother, Casper A. Blackerby.Graveside services were held on Wednesday, Feb. 11, at Bullitt Lick Cemetery with Rev. Eddie Reynolds officiating. Hardy--Close Funeral Home in Shepherdsville was in charge of arrangements.

She was a daughter of Elias Harvey Price (1865 - 1926) and Nora E. Carlisle Price (1873-1961). I believe they are buried here in this cemetery.
