Everett H. Blacker, 79, of Monticello died January 30, 1991 at Kirby Hospital, Monticello. Funeral services were held February 2 at Mackey-Wright Funeral Home with burial in Monticello cemetery.
Mr. Blacker was born December 13, 1911 at Monticello, s/o Jasper "Gus" and Etta Wright Blacker. He married Vanetta Pfeiffer (1911-2005) on June 25, 1931 at Monticello. She survives. Also surviving are three sons: Harold of Bailey CO; Wilbur and Roger, both of Monticello; two daughters: Doris Morris, Bement and Carolyn Mitchell of Monticello; 14 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Ethel Alexander of Monticello. He was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.
Mr. Blacker was a retired farmer. Memorials may be made to the Piatt County Nursing Home, Monticello.
