Bivens, Barbara Jean Kennedy, age 78, of Tellico Plains, passed away 4:27 A.M. Friday, March 22, 2013 at her home. Member of Friends Meeting of Ballplay Church. A wonderful wife of almost 60 years. A loving mother & grandmother who fought a good fight for many years and has finally won & gone home to be with our Lord. Survivors, husband, Edward E.
