Susan Billings Andrews, 54, of Trinity, NC died early Friday, January 27, 2017 at the Hospice Home of High Point.
Susan was born March 1, 1962 in High Point, NC to Harold and Sue Johnson Billings. She was an entrepreneur and business owner.
Susan spent much of her time upcycling furniture and painting, and sold prints and cards of her paintings. She enjoyed music, movies and spending time with family and friends. She was a devoted follower of Jesus and lived her life as a mirror of His love.
On December 15, 1984, Susan married the love of her life, Charles (Chuck) H. Andrews, who preceded her in death on January 19, 2011. In addition, Susan was preceded in death by her father.
Surviving are three sons, H. Luke Andrews, 28, and wife Courtney, of Charlotte; Chris C. Andrews, 27, and S. Conner Andrews, 24, of Trinity; and granddaughter, Elizabeth Andrews of Charlotte. Also surviving are her mother, Sue J. Billings; her sister, Teresa Billings; her brother, Anthony and wife Angie L. Billings; all of High Point; one niece, Caitlin Billings of Salisbury; and one nephew Kane Billings of High Point. Also surviving are several uncles, aunts and cousins.
A service to celebrate Susan’s life will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, January 29, 2017 at Grace Church in High Point. A committal service will follow at Trinity Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
Pallbearers will be Luke Andrews, Chris Andrews, Conner Andrews, Anthony Billings, Kane Billings, Mark Nunn, Jonathan Nunn and Jeremy Nunn.
