Velma Lillian "Cherry" Erwin Billings, 69, of Springdale died Tuesday at her home. She was born May 10, 1932, at Flippin to Jethro T. and Dona C. Owens Erwin. She retired from Baldwin Piano Co. after 25 years of service and was a member of the Pentecostal Church.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Loyd William Henderson; three brothers, Everett, Tom and Mutt; three sisters, Marie, Opal and Sue; and one granddaughter, Stacy Henderson.

Survivors include her husband, Donald Walker Billings of the home; four sons, Loyd David Henderson of Rogers, Dennis Ray Henderson of Dover, Larry Dean Henderson of Forrest City and Charles Edward Henderson of Springdale; three daughters, Joyce Marie Kettner of Springdale, Glenda Faye Smiley of Enon, Ohio and Martha Ann Stewart of Springdale; two stepsons, Virgil Elton Billings of Castro Valley, Calif. and Timothy Wade Billings of Pearl City, Hawaii; one stepdaughter, Sharon Faye Link of Fort Smith; 18 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three brothers, J.D. Erwin of Harrison, H.C. Erwin of Clarendon, Texas and Jethro "Jack" Erwin of Wichita, Kan. and two sisters, Mary Wilson of Harrison and Sally Haffner of Fayetteville.
