Baxter Bulletin (Mountain Home Arkansas) 10 Aug 1972 Thu p. 8:
Mrs. Mary C. Skiver, 81, of the West Road, Route 1, Mountain Home, died here on Wednesday of last week.
A lifetime resident of Baxter County, she was the widow of Charles S. Skiver, who died April 2, 1965. Mrs. Skiver was born July 13, 1885, the daughter of Billie and America Kasinger Biggers.
Survivors include two sons, Don and Eldon Skiver, two daughters, Mrs. Edna Watson of Mountain Home and Mrs. Charlene Whitson, of Delta, Ohio; a brother, Laurel Biggers of Cowiche, Wash.; 15 grandchildre; 15 great grandchildren; and six great great grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Friday at the McClure Chapel with Rev. Troy Melton of Flippin, officiating. Interment was in the Oakland Cemetery under the direction of the McClure Service.
Serving as pallbearers were Rudolph Skiver, Gary Skiver, Kennety Skiver, Stanley Skiver, and Jerry Skiver.
