Billy was a native and lifelong resident of Chattanooga, Tenn., and was of the Baptist faith. He was a graduate of Kirkman High School and was employed as a produce manager with Food Lion. Billy enjoyed fishing, collecting antiques and thoroughly enjoyed life.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Annie Mae Bice; sister, Betty Louise Raines; and brothers, David Farris, Clarence Edward Bice Jr., Carl Eugene Bice, and Pete Bice.
Survivors include his sisters, Audrey Robinson, Mary Miller, and Patricia Gaddis; special nieces, Shawnna and Angela Whitt; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Billy will be greatly missed by his poodle, Sebastian.
Services: Saturday, Feb. 18, at 3 p.m. in the chapel with Rev. Ronnie Chandler officiating.
Visitation: Saturday, Feb. 18, from noon until the service hour at the funeral home.
