Co-owner of South Jersey Rural Gas Service of Mizpah
Angelina (Rettino) Biancorosso, 90, of Mizpah passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2007, in Genesis Healthcare in Mill-ville.
Born in New York City to Gaetano and Grazia (Cirringione) Rettino, she moved to Mizpah in 1932. She was a homemaker for many years. Angelina also was employed as a seamstress in Richland and later worked as a check processor for Citizens Bank in Vineland. She was co-owner of South Jersey Rural Gas Service of Mizpah with her late husband, John. Angelina was a member of St. Padre Pio Parish at St. Mary's Church and the Mizpah Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed sewing, cooking and especially being with her family and grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Anna and Anthony Peranio of Mizpah; granddaughter, Christine and husband Kevin Brown of New Providence; grandson, Dominic and wife Michelle Peranio of Vineland; granddaughter, Kathleen and husband Tom Schallus of Northfield; great-grandchildren, Joseph and Christopher Brown, Christopher Bass, Dominic Peranio Jr., Alana Peranio, Joanna, Jordan and Jillian Schallus; sisters-in-law, Jennie and husband Ben Dellagatta of Mizpah, Antoinette Biancorosso of Millville, and Mary Rettino of Northfield; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, John Biancorosso, in 1998; and her son, Joseph Biancorosso, in 1991.
Funeral home visitations will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday and 9 to 10 a.m. Monday at Rone Funeral Service. A funeral Liturgy will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday from St. Padre Pio Parish At Our Lady of Pompeii Church, 4680 Dante Ave., Vineland. Interment will follow in Our Lady Of Pompeii Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the supervision of Rone Funeral Service, 1110 E. Chestnut Ave., Vineland.
