n Atlanta Native Cecil "Slick" earned a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Southern Polytechnic Institute. He and his late wife Patricia resided in Mableton. Mr Betenbaugh owned Rayco Construction Company until retiring and then began working at Belt Power in Smyrna. He retired for the second time at 66.
Surviving are daughters Mitzi and Mark Whitaker, Madge and Brian Lovingood;
extended generations.
