"Jeanne M. (Zabka) Berzin, 50, of Mentor, died May 2, 2012, at TriPoint Medical Center in Concord Township.
She was born Dec. 15, 1961, in Cleveland and lived in Willoughby before moving to Mentor 20 years ago.
Jeanne was a homemaker and loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She is the beloved wife of Tony; dear mother of Amy Mehallic (Mike), Tony (Amanda), and Nick (Abbee); loving grandmother of Leah; sister of Linda Zabka, Nancy Christopher (Joe), Stanley Zabka, Kathy Brasdovich (Mike); and an aunt of many.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Carolyn Zabka.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 9:30 a.m. Monday, May 7, 2012, at St. John Vianney Church, 7575 Bellflower Road, Mentor. Burial will take place at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
Family will receive friends from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Brickman Bros. Funeral Home, 37433 Euclid Ave., Willoughby.
