THOMASVILLE--Joel Francis Berrier, 67, died on Sunday, February 28, 1988, at his home. He was born in Davidson County on December 6, 1920. He is the son of Albert Lewis and Etta Reece Berrier. He retired in 1975, from Myrtle Desk Company in High Point. He was a member of Pine Woods United Methodist Church, the Charles Hunt Victory Class of the church Sunday School and was a United States Army veteran of World War II. On June 12, 1942, he married Bernice Murphy, who survives of the home.
Also surviving are one son, Joe Preston Berrier of Marshville, 3 sisters, Mrs. Gertie Primm, Mrs. Ethel Miller and Mrs. Rachel Sink and one grandchild.Funeral will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Pine Woods United Methodist Church by Rev.
