Billy Berlekamp was born Dec. 30, 1918 in Cleveland to Charles H. and Grace V. (Bishop) Berlekamp. He married Betty Rose Smith on Jan. 17, 1942 and she survives.
He was preceded in death by a son, Bruce Bishop Berlekamp.
Mr. Berlekamp was a retired supervisor from the computer department of R&M Accounting at Marathon Oil Co. He retired in 1981 after 35 years with the firm.
He was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church for more than 50 years. He was a 1935 graduate of Bettsville High School and attended Heidelberg College for three years. He was a volunteer for the American Red Cross.
