Adeline Anderson, 85, passed away May 1, 2017 at Bethany on University.

Adeline Beatrice Benson was born on May 22, 1931 to Bennie and Amanda (Mork) Benson in Big Bend, Minnesota. She grew up on the family farm and graduated from Appleton High School in 1949. She later attended business school.

She married Robert Anderson in Big Bend Lutheran Church on July 20, 1952. During the early years of their marriage, Bob was in the Air Force and they were stationed in Alaska and Texas.

The couple moved to Fargo where she worked for many years as a bookkeeper in the Fargo area. They spent their retirement years at their homes on Ottertail Lake and in Arizona.

She is survived by her children: Brenda (Jon) Kaspari, Battle Lake, MN; Michael (Jill) Anderson, Fargo, ND; Teresa (Nolen) Bertsch, Fargo, ND; Grandchildren: Andrea (Matt) Gadberry; Leah (Tom) Kemmer; Katherine Kaspari; Jordan (Courtney) Bertsch; Taylor Bertsch; and Michael (Heather) Thompson; and 7 great-grandchildren. And her sister, Margaret.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Robert in 1997; and her siblings: Orville, JoElla, Kermit, Earl, and Bob.
