Services are tomorrow at 10 a.m. in the Erickson & Brown Chapel for Rev. Bonnie "Bon" D. Bennett, pastor of the Taft Heights Assembly of God Church, who died yesterday in a local Taft hospital.
He was born May 30, 1902 in Agusta, Illinois, and had lived in Taft for 16 years. He was an evangelist who ministered to show people.
Survivors include his widow, one son, one granddaughter, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
The reverends of the Taft Heights Assembly of God Church and the Calvary Temple will officiate with burial at West Side Cemetery.
