Letter from Mrs Armfield - Of the several organizations of the church, the one that should perhaps make the strongest appeal to women is the Missionary Society.

Contrary to the opinion that a Missionary Society is solely for the purpose of raising money, it will be found upon investigation that it offers opportunityfor development and activities in various ways

Mission study gives intimate pictures of fields. In the Bible study members are brought face to face with the commands of Jesus and the duties expected of His followers.

It is evident that no good comes without a price - therefore each member is given an opportunity of making a donation to this work according to the decision of her own mind.

The department of Social Service is an unlimited field for the demonstration of the real Christ spirit. And the last, but the coming together in social fellowship, bound together by a common cause.

To make the Missionary Society a success many talents are needed; but many talents are gathered by adding one, two, one two. A "five talent" member causes much rejoicing. Women of the church, hasten with your talents to support of the society which is yours!

The February meeting will be held with Mrs. G. W. Johnson, Saturday afternoon February 5, at three o'clock.
