He was the beloved husband of 63 years to Doris (Young); loving father to Francis "Tony" Bell Jr. (Annette) and Regina Kneib (George); the grandfather to Kristopher Kneib (Karen); and great grandfather to Dean, Kendall, Natalie and Beau.
A veteran of the U.S. Navy, Frank was a lector, cantor and member of the choir at St. Bartholomew's Church in Philadelphia before moving to Newtown.
Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation 10 to 11:15 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 27, at St. Andrews Church, 81 Swamp Road, Newtown, followed by his Mass of Christian burial. Interment in Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown, will be at 1 p.m.
