Lonnie O. Bell, 46, of Westminster died Wednesday, March 19, 2008, at his residence. Born Dec. 19, 1961, in Baltimore, he was the son of Robert Bell Sr. of Baltimore and Judith Bodkin Bell of Westminster. He was the husband of Barbara Bell. He was employed as an auto technician and enjoyed model cars. Surviving, in addition to his parents and wife, are son and daughter-in-law Jeffrey and Rebekah Lewis of Hampstead; a daughter, Crystal L. Bell of Westminster; sister and brother-in-law Pamala and Fred Rigger of Cockeysville; brother and sister-in-law Bob and Lori Bell of Finksburg; grandchildren Kylie "Pooder" and C.J. Lewis, both of Hampstead; a niece, Bre Rigger of Cockeysville; nephews Ric Rigger of Cockeysville and Bobby Bell of Finksburg; and other nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Fletcher Funeral Home, 254 E. Main St., Westminster, with Deacon Charles Bell officiating. Interment will be in Patapsco Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
