Kenneth graduated from Blackford High School in 1976. He served in the United States Army from June 24, 1980 to June 23, 1986.
He married Stacy E. (McLain) Bell on May 30, 2001 in Grant County.
Kenneth had formerly worked at H.P. Products in Hartford City, Wayne Metal in Markle and at Wal-Mart in Marion.
He enjoyed fishing, camping and playing on the computer.
