BELDEN, Charlotte (Beard) age 76, of Troy, formerly of Ludlow Falls, passed away on July 25, 2004 at Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy. She is preceded in death by her parents William Eli & Lova (Folker) Beard, grandson Roy E. (Sonny) Belden, Jr., and granddaughter Charletta Sue Belden.
She attended Sugar Grove Bible Church. She loved to attend garage sales, worked in several Restaurants in the area for many years and help elderly people in their homes. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 29, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. at the Hale-Sarver Funeral Home, West Milton, with Rev. Larry Sneed officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery, West Milton. Friends may call at Hale-Sarver on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m.
