Services will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Wall-Diffenderfer Mortuary for Mrs. Dorothy Marie Bedell, 53, 5718 W. 14th, who died Tuesday in a Topeka hospital where she was readmitted Sunday. She had cancer.
She was born June 3, 1921, at Hutchinson and lived in Topeka since 1946. She was manager of the Topeka High School cafeteria. She was a member of John Knox United Presbyterian Church.
She was married to Riley L. Bedell April 4, 1943, at Dallas, Tex. He survives.
Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Beverly Ann Potts, Conyers, Ga.; her mother, Mrs. Clara Wyatt, Hutchinson; a brother, Wilbert M.Wyatt, Hutchinson; and two grandchildren.
Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery. Mrs. Bedell will lie in state at the mortuary until time of services.
