was 87. The Rev. Kenneth McNatt officiated. Burial was in Kirkland Cemetery, beside her late husband, Charlie Beddingfield. A native of Lincoln County, she was the daughter of the late Jackson and Josie Scott Swinford. Mrs. Beddingfield was a retired employee of Serbin Fashions and a member of the Fayetteville Assembly of God Church.
Surviving is a step-daughter, Mrs. Beatrice Washburn of Fayetteville; a son, Sam Beddingfield of Columbia; two grandchildren; 20 step-grandchildren; and several step-great-grandchildren.
