Born February 2, 1948 in Lebanon, she was daughter of the late Charles and Dorothy (Zellers) Warner.

Dorothy loved reading to children and loved her family.

She was a devout Christian who loved the Lord. She would sing: "Jesus Loves Me This I Know."

Dorothy was a member of New Life Chapel in Lebanon.

She was the widow of Kenneth Bechtel.
