BEAVERS, BOBBY W., 58, of Hillview, passed away Friday, May 27, 2011 at Norton Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
He was a loving husband, father and proud papa. Mr. Beavers was a member of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bertis and Wanda Rose Harlow Beavers. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Susie Beavers; children, Bobbi Sue Campbell (Chris), Chris Beavers and Stephanie Beavers; grandchildren, Justin, Jacob and Curtis; brothers, Edward, Eugene, Kenneth, Jerry and Donald Beavers; sisters, Lois Hill, Brenda Burton and Janice Jefferson; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Road), with burial in the Brookland Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects from 4-8 p.m. on Sunday and 11 a.m.-8 p.m. on Monday at Schoppenhorst. Expressions of sympathy may be made to American Cancer Society.
