Frances M. Beasley, age 73, of Socorro, NM, went to be with her Lord on May 18, 2016, surrounded by her loved ones.
Frances was born on February 15, 1943 in Socorro, NM to Teles López and Cardenio Montoya.
Frances was a lifelong member of San Miguel Catholic Church.
Frances is preceded in death by her father, Cardenio Montoya, her parents, Teles and Alex P. López, husband, Henry F. Beasley, her son, Henry R. Beasley, sister, Ofelia M. Morales and brother, Cardenio Montoya Jr.
Survivors include her loving children, her son, James L. Beasley, daughter, Pam Monette and her husband, Donald, grandchildren, Matthew Hall, Cody, Colton, Kameron, Connor and Skyla Beasley, Tucker Purdue, Ashton and Cadyn Monette. Great grandchildren, Axel, Coby, Macy, Orion, Levi, Evelyn and Riley Beasley, sisters, Elsie Anaya (Luís) (deceased)) Marcie Gallegos (Rick), Jennie Gallegos (Michael), Theresa Chávez (Kenneth) and Bernadette Crespín (Scott), brothers, Anthony López (Annabelle) and Alex L. López (Colette), her special God Children, Joann Thais and K'Lynn Crespín and many loving nephews and nieces.
Frances' family teased her of being quite the celebrity, she was friendly, recognized and treasured by all who had the opportunity to encounter her sparkling humor. Frances had deep and undying faith, and an admirable forgiving spirit. Her zest for life and strength to embrace life to its fullest provided her the determination to attend Cadyn's "First Communion" five days prior to her passing. Her pride in her grandchildren radiated. When words could no longer be spoken, the spark in her eyes required no words. Frances had dear and devoted friends who enhanced her life and shared her dreams till her passing.
Frances met and married Henry F. Beasley in Socorro during his tour of duty with the United States Army, they married in 1963 where they began a 53 year vow, a divine love that endured until Henry's passing on March 28, 2016.
Frances and Henry traveled throughout the United States and abroad during his service to the United States Army. Frances took much pride in her exceptional bowling score, she mastered her skill and cherished the memories she and Henry made during their travels with their bowling leagues. Frances' departing has left a legacy of love, smiles, memories of laughter and the dream of hope.
The Holy Rosary will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at San Miguel Catholic Church, the Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated immediately following with Father John Anasiudi as Celebrant. Interment will follow at the Holy Family Cemetery in Lemitar, NM. Pallbearers are Donald Monette, Kenneth Chávez, Scott Crespín and Rick Gallegos.
