ROSSVILLE, GA - Mattie Beasley, 92, departed this life Sunday, June 26, 2011.

She was born on Lookout Mountain, Ga., to the late Silas and Maude Fowler and was preceded in death by her husband, Rolly Dean Beasley.

She was of the Presbyterian faith.

Survivors include her daughter, Gail Gladney, of Rossville, sister, Christine Williams, of Lookout Mountain; grandson, James David Gladney Jr., of Decatur, Ga.; and many nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to thank NHC of Fort Oglethorpe and Hospice of Chattanooga for their loving care and support during this difficult time.

Services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 29, 2011, in the chapel with Rev. Art Pfluge officiating.

Interment will follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens, West.

Family will receive friends after 5 p.m. today, and prior to the service Wednesday at the funeral home.

Arrangements are by W.L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home, Fort Oglethorpe, GA.
