Mrs. Henderson was predeceased by her father, Noah Clifton Bates and is survived by her husband, Calvin L. Henderson; her children, Eva Mae Henderson Bates, Devon Clifton Bates and Jamar Noah Bates; her mother, Phyllis L. Bates; her sisters, Tammy Bates, Nora Bates and Eleanora Henderson; her mother-in-law, Vivian Howard; her father-in-law, David Howard; her sisters-in-law; Norma Parker, Shirley Thomas, Patricia Thomas and Darlene Tuell; her brothers-in-law, Keith Henderson and Robert Robinson; many other relatives and friends. Friends will be received 10 a.m. today at The Little Union Baptist Church, 17018 Mine Road, Dumfries, where a funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Pastor James R. Green presiding.
