Beloved husband, father and grandfather



DANIEL S. BASTIAN, 81, of Beach Haven, died Friday at West Jersey Hospital Systems, Voorhees.

He was a former regional vice president of First Pennsylvania Banking and Trust Company, and messenger with the Colonial Trust Company.

Surviving are four daughters, Christina Fife of Berlin, Barbara Bieg of Haddonfield, Mary English of Ship Bottom, and Lynne Monaghan of Marlton; one son, Mark of Cedar Run; a brother, Samuel; two sisters, Edna Craven and Margaret Hood; and 14 grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be said 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Monica's Roman Catholic Church, Philadelphia. Friends may call from 9 a.m. at the Ruffenach Funeral Home, 21st Street and Snyder Avenue, Philadelphia. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon, Pa.
