Charles C. Bashline, 87, of Bruin, brother of Howard Bashline, of Oil City, died Monday at his home after a long illness. A native of Clarion County, he lived in Foxburg for many years and moved to Bruin in 1945. He was a retired railroad car inspector for Baltimore and Ohio Railroad. Surviving are his widow, Phoebe; two daughters, five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; three other brothers, Reldon Bashline, of Emlenton, and Walter and Lester Bashline, both of Knox; and a sister, Mrs. Mary McHenry, of Foxburg. Funeral services will be held tomorrow in Parker.
