Carol Jean Baker, 65, of Dearborn, MO passed away Sunday, March 30, 2014.

She was born on March 16, 1949 to Marion Lee and Violet Lucille (Pauley) Barton in St. Joseph, MO where she grew up and graduated from Lafayette High School.

On January 11, 1991 she was united in marriage to David Lee Baker. After their marriage they lived in Dearborn where they made their home.

Carol worked for Boehinger Ingelheim in St. Joseph as an operator in labeling. She was a baptized Christian and a member of the Word of Life Church in St. Joseph. Carol loved collecting dolls, traveling to Branson and most of all spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Marion Lee Barton and Robert and Violet Alders; brother, Ricky Eugene Alders.

Carol is survived by her husband David Baker; children, Buddy Wible, Damien Wible and fiancé Sunshine Gates and Justin Baker; grandchildren, Lacey, Ashley, Jordan and Gevin; great-grandchildren, Jaden and Malachi; brothers and sisters Diane Hays, Bobby Alders, Betty Davis and husband Chuck, Danny Alders and fiancé Kathy, Janice Carriger and husband Hubert, Brenda Bennett and husband Carroll, Mike Alders, Ted Alders and fiancé Julie; brother-in-law Ronnie Baker; sister-in-law Linda Shanks; numerous nieces and nephews other relatives and many friends.

Funeral Services: 11:00 a.m. Thursday April 3rd at the Camden Point Baptist Church

Visitation: 6:30-8:30 p.m. Wednesday April 2nd at the Camden Point Baptist Church
