Joe Marshall officiating. Burial was held in the Loraine Cemetery under
the direction of Kiker-Seale Funeral Home.
Mr. Barron passed away on Sunday, Feb 16, at Saint Mary's Hospital
in Lubbock.
He was born November 5, 1923, in Gorman, Texas.
Mr. Barron was a reared farmer and rancher. He was a member of the
Lightfoot Church of Christ in Loraine and served in the United States
Army during World War II.
He was married to the former June Taylor on Dec 14, 1947, in
Loraine.
Survivors include his wife, June Barron; a daughter, Rita Faulks of
Abilene, two brothers, Paul Barron of Loraine and James Barron of El
Paso; two sisters, Marie Harlow and Billie Woods, both of Colorado
City, and one grandchild.
The family requests that memorials be made to the West Texas Rehab,
located in Abilene, Texas
