Mrs Dorothy C Barrick, wife of Oliver F Barrick, RD6, died last evening in the Carlisle Hospital. She was 37 years old.
Born on Nov 1, 1925, in Perry County, she was the daughter of Mrs Beatrice Zeigler Cleland, RD1, Shermans Dale, and the late John Cleland. She was a member of the Church of God.
In addition to her husband and her mother, she is survived by three daughters, Lola, Nancy and Mata Barrick, all at home; a son, Dwain, at home; three brothers, John, Carlisle; Edward and Donald Cleland RD1, Shermans Dale, two sisters, Mrs Emma Steininger, RD1 Shermans Dale, and Mrs Romaine Shotsberger, Ickesburg.
The funeral service will be held in Reiber's Church, Perry County, Saturday at 2 p.m. The Rev William Berninger, pastor, of the the Mt Rock Evangelical United Brethren Church Charge, will officiate. Burial will be in Reiber's Church Cemetery.
