Mr. Clair Edwin Barr 75, of 4735 Dogwood Place died Dec. 16, 1989, at Mercy Hospital South.
Funeral is 2 p.m. Thursday at Galbraith and McKinney Funeral Home in Brookville, Pa.
Burial will be in Coolspring Cemetery in Jefferson County, Pa. McEwen Funeral Home, Charlotte chapel is in charge of local arrangements.
Mr. Barr, a native of Ramseytown, Pa., retired as service manager for several Charlotte-area auto dealerships. He was a World War II Army veteran.
Survivors are his wife, Arbutus; son, Ronald Barr of Lower Burrell, Pa.; brother, John Barr of Erie, Pa.; sisters, Mrs. Betty Madden of Meadville, Pa., Mrs. Mildred Hoffman of Coolspring, Pa.; stepmother, Mrs. Bessie Barr of Brookville; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
