PARKERSBURG - Carolyn Sue Barnes, 62, of Parkersburg died Feb. 12, 2003, at Worthington Manor. She was born in Wood County, a daughter of the late Harold and Genevieve Snyder Burdette. She worked for C & P Telephone and Best Photo.
Survivors include a daughter, Kathy VanMeter and her husband, Todd; a sister, Charlotte Harper and her husband, Don; and five grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Lee Barnes.
Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with Rev. Bob Stanley officiating. Burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Saturday.
