Cynthia Nan Collins Barlowe, 46, Nebo, died Saturday, Sept. 23, 2000.
Born Dec. 19, 1953, in McDowell County, Mrs. Barlowe was a daughter of Nancy Blalock and Samuel Ernest Collins Jr., both of Salisbury.
She was a member of the Christian Women's Club, the Hospital Auxiliary and First Baptist Church of Marion.
Survivors, in addition to her parents, include husband Doug Barlowe; son Ryan Joshua Barlowe, of the home; daughter Eva Kathleen Barlowe, of the home; brother Samuel E. Collins III, Salisbury; sisters Teresa Anglin and Sharen Collins, both of Salisbury, Bunny Elaine Mills, Nebo, Karen Hipp, Charlotte, and Anita Foute, Indianapolis, Ind.
Services were held Thursday, Sept. 28, 2000 at First Baptist Church of Marion. Burial was at McDowell Memorial Park.
