Carl "Bud" H. Barham, 78, of Blooming Grove, passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2013. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, January 18, 2012, at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be at 3 p.m., Saturday, January 19, 2013, at the Methodist Church of Blooming Grove with Rev. Nancy Sumners officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery.
Carl Hayden was born in Rice, Texas, to the late Nick and Lennie Barham. Bud served in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Johnnie Barham, in 2012.
Survivors include his daughters: Kathy Christian and husband, Billy, and Nina Milne and husband, Rusty, all of Blooming Grove, Karen Long and husband, Steve, of Corsicana, Karla Gorbet and Alec Hunt, of Blooming Grove; son, Charles Lee Barham, of Blooming Grove; grandchildren: Michael, Josh, Jeremy, Kyle, Landon, Eric, Colton, Katie, Carlee, Kinley; great-grandchildren: Skylar, Zoie, Peyton, Ella, Jacy, Reese, Makayla, Whit, Jessica, Camden, Alayna; sister, Clara Ann Lynch, of Lancaster; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
