Born December 15, 1971 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Robert and Louann West Delphey of Thurmont, MD.
Bobbi Jo was an outgoing, kind, caring person to all that knew her. Once you met her you were instantly pulled toward her beautiful spirit and larger than life smile.
She was a 1989 graduate of Catoctin High School, where she excelled in many sports and school activities. She also attended Hagerstown Community College. She was the current owner and entrepreneur of Crossroad Grill and Catering in Cashtown. Bobbi Jo most enjoyed organizing community events, coaching her children's teams, and spending time at home with her loving family. She was a loving, great mother and enjoyed many family trips to Raystown Lake. She will be sadly missed by many special friends, employees, and faithful customers.
She is survived by her love and partner Rob Barber and, in addition to him and her parents, are her children, twins Ashley Ann and Amanda Jane, Andrea Mae, Justin Bryant, and Caroline Annette Barber; one brother, Mike Delphey and wife Jonelle of Blue Ridge Summit; four nieces, Karleena, Madisyn, Mycah, and Machia Delphey. Additionally, she is survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She also leaves behind her beloved pet dog Cid.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Pauline R. Zimmerman; her grandmothers, Mary J. Welty and Norma T. West; and a special uncle, Tommy West.
Interment was in Monocacy Church of the Brethren Cemetery, Rocky Ridge, MD.
