Very odd, but perhaps the shared stone for Adelaide and her two children, Ida S. and Frank W. Barager was placed well after their deaths?

I say this because both children are listed with their parents in the 1860 Candor, NY census. So did they all die in 1860?

I just found Albert Talcott Sackett’s will (Adelaide Sackett Barager’s half-brother) dated 20 May 1907 and he died 1 Feb 1908, in which he bequeathed $100 to his brother Frederick N. Sackett for the purpose of erecting a monument for Adelaide and her two children.

That explains the newer look to the shared stone as well as the probable date errors for the children.
