He worked for Duncan Supply for 51 years, retiring as Vice President. He was a 50+ year member of the Danville Masonic Lodge.
He was married to Margaret McDaniel on September 23, 1956.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret McDaniel Bandy; sons, Steve (Maria), David (Angie) and Mike (Laurie) Bandy; daughter, Debra Bandy; and nine grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Suellen Bandy.
