Leslie Keith Ball, 70, of Bedford, Ky., died Sunday, Sept. 28, 2008, at his residence.
He was born April 29, 1938, in Louisville, Ky., the son of Claude C. and Sada Jones Ball. He lived all of his life in Trimble County. He was a member of the Union Grove Church and Bedford Rotary Club, and was a past member of the Bedford Fire Department. He enjoyed being a tobacco farmer, traveling and spending time with friends.
He is survived by his wife, Cherona Ball; one son, Les Ball of Bedford, Ky.; one brother, James Carroll Ball of Hanover; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Patti Wainscott, and his parents.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Ransdell Funeral Home. Burial was in I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Bedford, Ky.
