Balke, Scott Garret of Winter Park, FL, passed away on August 28, 2013. He was born in Houston, TX to Eunice and Edwin Balke. Scott was a graduate of Baylor University. His career was in banking which took him to London, New York, Hawaii and finally to Florida where he finished his career with Wells Fargo Bank. Scott was active in his church and the community. He is survived by his wife, Ann; and two sons, John and Andrew; mother, Eunice Balke; brother, Shann Balke; and sister, Brenda Gillan. Services will be held on September 3 at 10 a.m. at All Saints Episcopal Church in Winter Park. In lieu of flowers, a memorial gift may be made to the John and Andrew Scholarship Fund, P.O. Box 941465, Maitland, FL 32794.
