Lina Baldaccini, a native of Colle Di Compito, Italy passed away after a long illness on July 28, 2008, at the age of 84. Lina was a 40 year resident of San Carlos and Redwood City, a member of the Italian Catholic Federation and active with the St. Charles Church community. She was a loving grandmother and enjoyed the time she had with her grandchildren and family. Lina is preceded in death by her loving husband Albano and her son Sauro. She is survived by her devoted son Bert (Susan) and her cherished grandchildren Paul, Livia and Julian. Friends are invited to attend a Visitation from 6 to 8pm with a Vigil Service at 7pm on Sunday, August 3, 2008 at Crippen & Flynn Carlmont Chapel, 1111 Alameda de las Pulgas in Belmont. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, August 4, 10am at St. Charles Church, 880 Tamarack Ave. in San Carlos. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Los Altos.
