Mrs. Nettie J. Baker, widow of Alfred Baker, died today at noon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Norman Minnich, 127 North College Street, with whom she resided since the death of Mr. Baker in 1914. She was aged 82 years.
Mrs. Baker was a member of the Reformed Church and the Adult Class, No. 1, of the Sunday School. Until infirmities of age set in she was one of the most active women of the congregation in church affairs.
She is survived by a son, Herman Baker, North Hanover Street grocer; three daughters, Mrs. Minnich, Mrs. David Martin, Elliottson, and Mrs. Elmer Zeigler, Camden, N.J.; three grandchildren, and two brothers, Manassah and George Myers, both of Mechanicsburg.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Friday from the Minnich home, Rev. Roy E. Leinbach, pastor of the Reformed Church, officiating. Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery. Friends may call at the Minnich home from 7 to 9 Thursday.
