Alma M. Baker, 74, of Saxton, died June 28, 1990, at the home of her son, Gene A. Baker, also of Saxton. Born Oct. 6, 1915, in Saxton, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Susannah (Crooks) Putt. She was married to Paul D. Baker on Dec. 10, 1937, at Cumberland, Md. Mr. Baker died Jan. 22, 1976. Surviving are three sons: Bernard K. Baker, Gene A. Baker and James D. Baker, all of Saxton. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
