Thomas Bain.
__Thomas G. Bain, 64, of 1125½ Tenth st. NW, employe of Collins Radio and a Cedar Rapids resident 44 years, died at 5:10 p.m. Monday following a brief illness. Born April 13, 1894, in Fallbrook, Ontario, Canada, he was an army veteran of World war I. Surviving are 3 sisters, Maria Warren of Ottawa, Canada, Mrs. R. J. Johnson of Brandon, and Esther Engler of Cedar Rapids; and 2 brothers, Andrew C., and Elias W. Bain, both of Cedar Rapids. Mr. Bain was a member of the Maccabees.
__Services: Beatty-Beurle's at 3:30 Wednesday by the Rev. William Pfeffer of Knox Presbyterian church. Burial: Linwood. Friends may call at the chapel after 7 p.m. Tuesday.
