David Manuel Baca, Vietnam Veteran 101st Airborne Division-Screaming Eagles, beloved husband, father, brother and uncle went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 6, 2012. David was born in San Antonio, New Mexico to Jose Soto Baca and Frances Maria (Kika) Baca. David is survived by his three children, David Ray Baca, Kristina Rebecca Baca and Lucio Manuel Baca and two uncles, George Baca and his wife, Frances and Alveno Baca and his wife, Connie, two brothers, Jesus Baca and Mario Baca and his wife, Sara, three nieces, Virginia Baca Garcia and her husband, Jesus, Sandra Sanchez and her husband, Gerald and Michelle Baca and two nephews, Joey Baca and Michael Baca and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
We would like to give a special thanks to his brother, Jesus Baca for taking good care of him and making his days happy and joyful also thanks to Amber Care for all their help in talking care of him.
David is preceded in death by his father, Jose Baca, mother, Frances Baca, nephew, Jessie Baca and thank you from all our family for all your help La Paz - Graham's Funeral Home. Services for Mr. Baca are scheduled for Wednesday, February 15, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. for visitation with a Rosary to at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home chapel with a graveside service on Thursday, February 16, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with military honors where Mr. Baca will be laid to rest.
