Admiral Dot Babcock, sixty years old, Ayr Lawn addition, a carpenter, died suddenly of a heart attack yesterday morning a few minutes after he had reported for work at the Recreation Club, Sixth and Edmond streets. He had lived in St. Joseph seventeen years and was a member of the Carpenters' Local No. 110. Surviving him are his wife, Mrs. Bessie Lee Babcock; four daughters, Mrs. Ila Long, Mrs. Freda Goll, Mrs. Cosma Dillamon and Mrs. Roberta Karr, all of St. Joseph; two sons, Dalmar and Stanley Babcock of St. Joseph; a brother, Oscar Babcock of Agency, and eight grandchildren. The body is at Stemey's funeral home.
