Mrs. Austin Succumbs - Mrs. Charlotte Avery Austin, 75, of Brighton Towers, died yesterday at Community-General Hospital. A native of Salina, Mrs. Austin was a former Manlius resident. She was the former owner of Austin Tea Room on Euclid Avenue and in recent years operated Austin Greenhouse in Manlius. She was a member of Asa Danforth Chapter of the Daughters of American Revolution. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Willard C. Lipe of Manlius; three sisters, Mrs. Weston Moore and Mrs. Stanley Hole, both of North Syracuse, and Mrs. Walk Bradley of West Palm Beach, Fla.; four grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. tomorrow at in Christ Episcopal Church, Manlius, the Rev. Morgan Silbaugh officiating. Burial will be in Manlius Cemetery. Contributions may be made to a favorite charity. Arrangements are by Newell and Tellman Funeral Home, Manlius. [column 3]
