Karl Jr. was born to Janet Eileen Nelson Bishop at Tacoma (Tillicm), Pierce, Washington. It is believed that his birth father was James E.Todd, who his mother divorced before his birth. After his mother married Karl Monroe Austin on March 10th, 1961 his birth was recorded to reflect that Karl Sr. was his father. Karl Jr. was married to Amy Beth Bachman of Harker Heights, TX between 1986-1993, and were divorced in Bell County, TX. He has one daughter, Ariane Genevieve Austin who was born on 01 Jan 1982. He has one grandson, Taja Monroe Austin born. 28 Jan 2000.
Karl was employed by the Texas Department of Correction for a short time. Later we was self employed in the Ft. Hood area as a painter and dry wall construction.
Unfortunately Karl's life came to a short end, age 54 when he died of a heart attack, secondary to ETOH and drug use. He was cremated by Bell County and a memorial stone was placed in Falba Cemetery, Walker, Texas
